We Ship from NY in the USA!
Please make sure you have entered ALL your contact info correctly and that we know your TIKTOK name to verify your order, when claiming on LIVE SALES, Leave your TT Name in Your Order NOTES. Orders will be shipped to the address as you entered it on our website.
My Bead FF is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays or incorrect address. PLEASE double check all your info is correct BEFORE placing your order. When your order ships, a tracking email is sent to you. A SCREENSHOT of your ordered items is sent to either text or email that you entered on our website. Please check your text/email for information and to track your package.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. Once a package leaves our hands it is the responsibility of the carrier. PLEASE double check with your post office or neighbors if a package says “delivered” and it isn’t on your door step.
Orders will be processed 1-3 days if ordered Monday-Friday. Our GOAL is FAST shipping so you have your supplies to DIY Creations ASAP!
FREE SHIPPING (First Class Ground) is available currently on orders over $50 and only $6 on orders under $50. As we all know, shipping is expensive and currently we are covering any fees in excess.
Just know…If you place an order on Friday PM, the weekend or holiday, your order will not start the processing phase until the next business day. Standard First Class Ground shipping we have found arrives within 3-5 business days. If you need faster shipment, please pay the PRIORITY FLAT RATE at checkout and contact me via chat on the website. Contact me also if you need PRIORITY EXPRESS for 2-Day SHIPMENT.
Return Policy
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. ALL SALES are FINAL. We do not offer refunds for beads. Please send a chat on the website if a problem occurs with your order. We will try our hardest to rectify the problem ASAP, if it is within our control.
