Hi Bead Friend,
My name is Kory, I’m the mother of 3 beautiful daughters, entrepreneur and coffee lover! “MOM” is the BEST title and job I have been blessed to have!
In the world of entrepreneurship, I have been in foodservice since 1998. I opened a cafe business as co-owner in 2016. The cafe was open 7 years and closed in November 2023. It was definitely a learning experience.
During cafe life, I started selling children’s dresses in 2017 as a hobby. In 2021, the Unicorn Honey Boutique was started as a girls dress and accessories online retail boutique. I loved being able to provide a one of a kind dress experience for little ones on their Birthday or special occasion and hearing how happy my customers were with their new fashions.
I have always had a passion for crafting, baking and jewelry making. Years ago, I dabbled in making custom snap-jewelry on Etsy. I’m obsessed with moldable mediums like polymer clay, fondant, and silicone. I'm also secretly addicted to SLIME!
The Bead-Making world caught my attention to merge all the things I enjoy into one. In 2023, when my girls showed interest in making bracelets, beadable pens and accessories, I created “My Bead FF” where we now sell Silicone Focal Beads and other Bead items. We are currently working to grow on TikTok! Be sure to follow us here on TikTok and YouTube! Our goal is to provide new focal bead designs (and eventually make custom focals) that are in demand for you and your small business.
